2018 Annual Homeowner Association Dues
Dear Amberwood Creek Homeowner,
The Amberwood Creek HOA Board would like to thank all those you attended our Annual HOA Meeting held on January 28, 2018.
To support the needs of our community, we set our HOA dues for 2018 at $620.00.

The HOA dues are to be postmarked on or before April 15, 2018.
In accordance with Article V, Sections 8 & 9, of the Covenants and Bylaws of the Association, a late fee and interest charges will be assessed to those households whose dues are not paid on time. After that date, a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed and interest will be accruing at a 12% annual rate based on 1% per month. Since Amberwood is a covenant controlled neighborhood, payment of the dues is required by all homeowners.  If necessary, the Board will pursue legal means in furtherance to its duties in collecting any late or unpaid association dues found to be delinquent.
