Old Business:

Pool bathroom cleaners have been hired. AV1 Cleaning will start cleaning the bathrooms 1x/week starting this week at $25/visit.

Matt/Mike – still need to look into getting a new lock for the pool gate.  The current one works but is finicky

Spring Beautification Day: Thank you to the Board members and their families for checking some items off the list.  There are still A LOT of outstanding items that need to be done.  A list will be compiled and sent to the community requesting community members to please take responsibility for an action item to help keep OUR community pretty.

Christi looked into the phone line at the pool.  It must stay a business line.

New Business:

Pool opens this Saturday, May 19th.  There will be an opening day party from 12-2pm.  Hot dogs, chips and water will be served.  Please bring a chair and if you’d like, a side item to share with other community members.  We will be setting up at 11am.  We would LOVE to see some community members at 11 to help with set up.

Christi: It turned out there was a unexpected fee to the HOA for each member who paid electronically.  Will have to think of how to do this next year so that the HOA does not loose money by offering this option.

Christi: Spring Clean Up budget was $400.  We spent about $500 but some of the money will fall under “repairs” and not beautification day.

Upcoming events:

Next HOA meeting is tentitively scheduled for Sunday June 3rd at 5pm in the clubhouse.

Considering moving the Luau to the end of July to make it a “back to school” kind of shin-dig

Considering having an adults only “YES!  Kids are back in school pool party” in August/Sept
